Lance Armstrong lost everything to Dope

He had been praised, loved, idolized and looked up too by many cyclist enthusiasts in the world for more than a decade yet this year has been a different story after the United States Anti-Doping Agency reported that he has been using drugs to boost his stamina during competition.
The seven time Tour de France Champion has been stripped of his title and was banned from any international cycling event that he normally joins with due to the shocking result of USADA about Armstrong and his USPS team. Unexpectedly, Armstrong didn’t contest now defend his name and reputation believing that he got more years ahead so he won’t be wasting it defending the past.
According to Travis Tygart, the chief executive for USADA, the evidence they have against Armstrong is “too strong” for him to contest it. USADA had term Armstrong’s doping issue as a “serial cheat” as he continues to involve his teammate and his team in order to win Tour de France while on EPO. Armstrong’s former team mates will be testifying against him if needed according to USADA.
Since Armstrong is not defending his case, there will be no more case to file in the highest court of sports which is the Court of Arbitration for Sports hence he was formally stripped of his title and that the Amaury Sports Organization will be removing Lance Armstrong’s name on their record books. Amaury Sports Organization is the official organizer of Tour de France. The saddest part is, Armstrong might be asked as well to return all the winnings he got from Tour de France.
