What to Remember

-          It is best to do it in the morning (it is open from 6 am to 12 noon)
-          Applying sun protection is not allowed
-          It is fun and safe even if you don’t know how to swim, always wear your life vest
-          Life vest is provided by the organization who handles the whale shark watching activity
-          A fee of P500 apply for those who want to swim with the whale sharks and P300 for those who will stay on the boat.

Butanding at the back!!!!

What I have learned?

-          It is terrifying to swim around a huge whale shark despite knowing how friendly they are.
-          Whale sharks are vegetarians and they cannot bite you, they cannot close their mouth to bite, it is open all the time.
-          If you are wearing goggles, whale sharks appear too huge and too frightening. After a while, they will start looking cute and friendly.
-          If you can swim with two to three whale sharks around you, then you are a brave person. Congrats!
Whale shark with an open mouth!

Peace to the whale sharks!
