Experiencing Echo Valley (Sagada) (Team Promising goes to Echo Valley)

Team Promising below the Hanging Coffins

For the first leg of our Sagada Tour, we decided to visit Echo Valley. According to SAGASS, this part of the tour will only take an hour or two.
What to have:
Money. It is P600 for the tour guide.
On our way to the mini-falls!
Before going to Echo Valley, our tour guide decided to bring us to the nearest falls in the area. The mini-falls is just around the city proper and can be reached after a 30 to 60 minute walk.

Upon reaching the falls,, one of our team member decided to take a dip along with a lot of locals taking a swim in the small falls.
If you want to see some real falls but doesn't want to climb a mountain or walk for hours, this place a good one.
That's him and this is the falls!
This is US!
After visiting the small falls, our guide decided that it is time to get to the Echo Valley where we can get up close and personal with the hanging coffins as well.

The steps that leads to Echo Valley
Before getting into these steps towards Echo Valley, a town representative is sitting nearby to check for our registration receipt. They have a no receipt, no entry policy here and in almost all attractions around Sagada.
On our way up to Echo Valley
The hike is short, probably around 15 to 20 minutes only. You would know that you've reached Echo Valley once you started hearing people shouting on top of their lungs. To make it more fun, try to shout back with an answer to those people who were shouting.

Break after shouting!
After shouting for a few minutes at the Echo Valley, we decided to go down and get as close as possible to the hanging coffins of Sagada. The trek looks scary but it is actually an easy one. The experience is worth the risk.

Our almost jump shot

For almost two hours, our Echo Valley and Hanging Coffins tour was complete.
If someone in your party knew how to go to these places, you would not need to pay for a guide anymore. Besides, its too near the town proper.
