After two masseurs who accused John Travolta of sexual
assault have dropped their case last May, another allegedly victim of sexual
battery surpasses. Fabian Zanzi, a cruise ship attendant filed a lawsuit
against the actor of doing malicious and harmful contact during a 2009 Caribbean
cruise.
According to the case filed by Zanzi’s lawyer, the assault
happened inside the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship named Enchantment of the Sea. The
case was files in U.S District Court in LA, California. Furthermore, the suit
says Travolta indeed offered the cruise attendant a handsome price of $12,000
for his silence and that he can get the money at that night once he returns to
his room. Zanzi said he reported the incident immediately to the cruise Human
Resource Department and was told that they had filed the complaint but no other
information has been given. Until now, the cruise ship management has been
silent and offered no comment on the said story.
As for John Travolta and his lawyer Martin Singer, this case
is another way for the accuser and his lawyers to get their own 15 minute of
fame. ‘will these be another story of battery lawsuit withdrawn against the
actor?
