Where to Eat in Davao

Now known as the President’s City, Davao has become more popular (it used to be just popular for being the safest city in the country) after President Duterte won the 2016 Presidential Election. Aside from its clean streets, breathtaking beaches and islands and naturally sweet fruits,
Davao can also satisfy anyone’s cravings. If you are looking for a place to make your tummy happy, here are some to try.

Punong’s Restaurant

Probably 30 to 45 minutes away from the Airport, Punong Restaurant is in Tagum City. It is a restaurant that all day dishes. Guests can also fish in the area and have it cooked if they want to.
The food is indeed great and satisfying.
Fresh Crabs!!

They also have live crabs. For fruit lovers, they offer smoothies as well. While waiting for your food, you can take around the restaurant and do some photo ops.

Jack’s Ridge Restaurant

Jack’s Ridge is a place situated in the highest point of Davao City. If you love watching city lights, you can go here for dinner. If you want to see how Davao looks from above, then visit them for breakfast or dinner.

The good thing is, there are multiple restaurants in the area such as coffee shop and bar. They also have rooms and vistas for rent for those who want to stay overnight in the area.

Camp Holiday Restaurant

Since we stayed at Camp Holiday, we didn’t miss the opportunity to try their awesome menu. We had a great dinner and breakfast and had it delivered in our suite. The food is tasty and very affordable as well.
Pancakes and Toasts!!
